PROPORTIONAL ENLARGEMENT

Proportional enlargement causes
both dimensions to increase in equal
percentage amounts.
NON-PROPORTIONAL ENLARGEMENT
Non-Proportional enlargement causes one dimension
of an image to increase more
than the other. It can often
be used in moderation to attain a specific height to width ratio.
